Abstract
The present invention concerns an integrated bioreactor system, which allows the optimization of the application of mechanical, electrical and magnetic stimuli, which can be varied in type and number, in cells placed in three-dimensional models. Real-time monitoring in the stimulation of different cells also optimizes the regeneration process of different types of tissues, such as bone, cartilage, nerve, heart tissue, among others. The present invention relates, in a first aspect, to an integrated bioreactor system and, in a second aspect, the invention relates to a process of controlling, learning and monitoring cell culture.
Technical Field
The areas of tissue engineering are the main target of this invention, although this system can be applied to the production of other biological species (bacteria, algae, fungi).
